It looks like if you are looking for some players who can make a difference then it might be worth looking at the Nottingham and Manchester rosters while they make up seven of the ten players above.
Our pick of week 9 was a risky one in Colton Saucerman as he hadn’t scored in the previous four weeks. It first looked a shrewd selection as he scored 15 points in his first game of the week, however he was then held scoreless in his final two.
Week 10 is a bit easier to identify where we should be aiming our captains pick. Sheffield and Cardiff have the benefit of three games but with Cardiff having three games in three days, all away in Scotland, our preference is for a Sheffield player. Now with Sheffield being shutout in their only game of week 9 this could backfire but their fixtures are winnable so lets go with their most in-form forward Mitchell Balmas.
Current average points per week so far – 24.5 points.

Upcoming Schedule
Week 10 is a fairly straightforward week with the usual ten games to be played, however it isn’t an even two game split for everyone. Sheffield are the first team to have three games this week starting with a home game against Guildford on Wednesday. They travel down to Guildford on Sunday as well with a visit by Fife in between those games on Saturday. The other team to play three times are Cardiff who are taking a road trip up to Scotland for three games in three days starting at Glasgow before moving onto to Dundee and then Fife. This is Dundee’s only game of the week.
Another team on a road trip are the Manchester Storm who are in Belfast for two games on Friday and Saturday night. Nottingham also only have the one game this week as they travel to Coventry on Saturday. Coventry’s other game is a trip up to Glasgow who have the benefit of two home games in the week.
